Returns

• Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to return and ship back their order for a full refund. 
• If a customer return is made within 15-30 days after receiving their order, a 50% refund will be issued.
• We will not accept returns more than 30 days after customer receives their order.
• The item(s) must be unworn, with original tags.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned item.
• No order cancellations. Once your order is placed, regardless if it has not yet been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• We do not offer exchanges. 
• All sale items are final. 

To Make a Return:

Please email info@rolefly.com to request a return. Make sure to state your first and last name and order number. You will receive an email of the mailing address to return your item(s). We will issue your refund as soon as we receive the package at our facility. The refund will take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account. For any questions or inquiries, please email us at info@rolefly.com. We have a 24hr response time.
