Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders in 1-3 business days. 

Rolefly ships using UPS and USPS on all U.S. orders. Ship times are typically 3-7 days on the Pacific Coast and 3-14 days for other U.S. domestic regions. You will receive a tracking number where you will be able to track your package with USPS and UPS. 

We ship internationally using USPS and DHL. Ship times vary between 1-6 weeks depending on your location and other factors (such as customs clearance and local post office delays). 

Custom Fees/Import Charges: 

If incurred, please be aware, you will need to cover your import charges when shipping to your destination.

*Important: Once your order is placed, regardless if it has not yet been shipped, it cannot be canceled (please refer to our Return policy).

*Delivery costs are non-refundable.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if any of our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL) has your package scanned and marked as delivered. We recommend that you contact your carrier if you need to request any changes to be made to your name or mailing address if your order has already been shipped out. Please note,  your order tracking number may be updated prematurely and may show a package as delivered earlier than the actual delivery. Please allow 48 hours to receive your package after it's marked delivered.
